Barron Trump has been a student at Stern Business School at New York University for about six months. The son of Donald Trump got to take some days off from school when his father was sworn in as the 47th US President on January 20, but now, he’s back in the Big Apple to continue his studies. Several reports have emerged about his life on-campus, with students having a variety of things to say about him.

Barron Trump is escorted by several Secret Service agents while attending school. Meanwhile, the 18-year-old has been seen walking around campus with a black backpack, which appears to have a significant meaning behind it. In fact, Barron Trump’s backpack paints a picture of his new life that not many might be familiar with.

Barron had been outside the spotlight for years before appearing with his father, Donald Trump, to celebrate the presidential election victory this past November. The 18-year-old son of Donald and Melania Trump has always been an object of interest for people worldwide due to his height, and his star-status has only grown as he’s entered adulthood.

Since last year, Barron has been studying at Stern Business School at New York University. While not much is known about his life there, several students gave their verdict about the president’s son last fall.

The British newspaper Daily Mail spoke to several individuals who attend New York University, with some saying that Barron has become very popular among the ladies. Meanwhile, Secret Service agents trail him everywhere he goes.

Barron was caught by paparazzi photographers during his first day at NYU. Naturally many “regular” people attend the school, and it appears they have mixed emotions about Barron.

One even speculated that Barron might change his outlook on life in order to fit in.

“He’s going to NYU, so if he is at all interested in girls, he’s going to become kind of liberal, I’ll tell you that,” one student told the Daily Mail.

What NUY students think of Barron Trump

Another student stated: “My mom is going to want me to marry him.”

Secret Service agents will, as mentioned, follow Barron around campus all the time. A third student stated they felt “really bad for him” as he “did not choose this life.”

A fourth student said: “His dad is his dad and he is own person so I’m not going to judge,” adding that she would definitely consider a friendship. “Of course, who wouldn’t want to be friends with a Trump?”

However, not everyone is thrilled that the president’s son will study at NYU. One student said she would “absolutely not” be friends with Barron.

“It speaks to the privilege that a lot of the NYU kids have. I’m only here because of financial aid,” the student in question told the Daily Mail.

According to a People Magazine source, the 18-year-old has been “popular with the ladies” since starting classes in September.

“He’s at Stern so he’s studying business in some way. He’s a ladies man for sure. He’s really popular with the ladies,” the source said. “He’s tall and handsome. A lot of people seem to think he’s pretty attractive — yes, even liberal people like him.”

Making new friends after arriving at a completely new place can be challenging. While being Donald Trump’s son might break a lot of ice, it’s most important for Barron to surround himself with people who want to be his friends, rather than those looking to buddy up with someone famous.

Barron Trump invites students to play videogames online with him

As Secret Service agents constantly surround Barron, it is most likely tricky to have a conversation with him in the first place. US outlet TMZ states he has struggled to blend in at New York University. However, he has found a clever way to connect with new college friends—online. The news outlet states that Barron has turned to online gaming, inviting classmates to play with him in the virtual world.

According to TMZ, he has invited them to join him on the popular gaming platform Discord, where users play games and chat with each other. Since he’s a big soccer fan, he plays the popular video game EA Sports FC 25.

Technically Barron could walk from Trump Tower to New York University, but that’s naturally out of the question given the associated security risks. As such, he’s reportedly escorted to and from campus in an SUV. TMZ reports that classmates have described him as “chill” while a new report about his life at NUY is now circulating.

“He’s sort of like an oddity on campus,” Kaya Walker, the president of NYU College Republicans, told Vanity Fair. “He goes to class, he goes home.”

Following his parents’ White House exit in 2021, Barron’s life was a mystery. He, Donald, and Melania decided to move to Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, where the youngster attended the private Oxbridge Academy High School. While there were practically no forthcoming reports about his life there, rumors about him having a girlfriend did spread.

In answer to that speculation, his father, Donald Trump, claimed his son had never had a girlfriend, at least that he knew of.

Why Barron Trump carries a black backpack at NUY campus

Trying new things and getting to know new people is part of going to college, and in Barron’s case it’s no different. Shockingly, the Daily Mail even pointed out that the 21-year-old influencer Maria Arana, a Mexican American NYU student who grew up in Miami, could be a “future Mrs Barron Trump.”

Speaking with Vanity Fair, Arana, who is studying child psychology at NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, said, “I just thought it was very random. But it’s not like I was against it.”

The 21-year-old explained that she had never met Barron. However, she has spotted the procession of vehicles that have taken him to school. Trump’s youngest son benefits from the security of the Secret Service, who take him to and from school and escort him around the place while he’s there. This, in and of itself, will perhaps make it harder for him to meet new friends.

Yet Barron may have a clever trick to ensure he at least appears approachable. He is said to carry a black backpack to school, and although it’s necessary for keeping pens, notebooks, and computers safe, there could also be a hidden reason behind it.

On TikTok, one user claimed that there is a specific reason Barron carries the $88 backpack wherever he goes.

“As Trump’s son, and the future heir, Barron is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, but he always carries an inexpensive black school bag. Barron lived a life of luxury from childhood. He was raised by Melania, and had a life of ease and plenty since he was a child;” the user wrote, per Express.

“However, no one would believe that under Trump’s guidance, Barron is very thrifty in private. Since he entered college, he has been carrying an $88 black school bag, which makes Barron look more like an ordinary student.

“It enables him to keep a low profile, and be more approachable in public, and allows him to participate in various activities more comfortably. In addition, since Trump became President, he has been opposed to extravagance and waste and has even donated his own money to charity at times.”

The user on TikTok concluded: “In order to follow in Trump’s footsteps, Barron has always kept a low profile. Even at the age of 18, he has never bought luxury goods. To some extent, this can also better shape Barron’s positive image, prepare him for being the heir in the future and play a positive role in the overall image of the Trump family.”

Barron has been praised for his character by his father and mother, and there’s been no reason for people to doubt their judgement. Other than the opinions shared by Donald and Melania, zero reports have emerged regarding what he’s like… until recently.

Barron Turmp’s stylist reveals how he is really like

In an interview with Women’s Wear Daily, Pearce revealed some interesting things about Barron and his personality. Because of his private life, some might believe that Barron is relatively closed and quiet. However, that is far from the truth, according to Pearce.

“He’s this super-bright kid. He’s well beyond his years in terms of experience, knowledge, history. He’s just very fascinating to talk to,” he told Women’s Wear Daily.

“You know what is another word I would say [about him]? Hospitable. He is down-to-earth, nice as can be and hospitable,” Pearce continued, recalling how Barron shook his hand when they first met, thanking him multiple times when he arrived at Mar-a-Lago. The youngster even offered to show the stylist around the Palm Beach estate.

“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him over the last one or two years,” Pearce explained. He added that he didn’t take Trump’s business for granted, wanting him to be very happy with his outfit.

“I recognize that Barron Trump could be choosing from tailors all over the world, and he chose me and Pearce Bespoke. I’m super-grateful and super-proud of that,” Pearce added.

Donald Trump might not be known for his great sense of humor, though that idea is a debate to be had another time. It appears the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, with Pearce labeling Barron’s humor “dry.”

“He’s hilarious. But as I said, he’s super-sharp. You put him in a room with star businessmen, and he will hold his own. He can talk to them all day because he’s witty, smart, and has a dry sense of humor,” the stylist concluded.

4th daughter dies after mom’s alleged murder-suicide

A fourth child from the same family has passed away days following an apparent murder-suicide involving Wyoming mother Tranyelle Harshman.

Tragic reports previously detailed how Harshman allegedly shot her four daughters before turning the gun on herself on February 10, 2025.

Brailey Blackmer, 9, Brooke and Jordan Harshman, both 2, and Tranyelle herself died from their injuries. 7-year-old Olivia Blackmer was airlifted to a hospital in Salt Lake City, with people all over the world praying for her recovery when the story gained international attention.

Sadly, father Quinn Blackmer posted to Facebook on Sunday, February 16, that Olivia had lost the battle for her life.

“I know this isn’t the update people were hoping for and we are absolutely gutted to make it, but we needed time to process what had happened before we let the world know of the tragic passing of Olivia yesterday (February 15) afternoon at 3:44 pm,” Quinn wrote.

“The amount of devastation we feel and are going through is so much. Please give all famlies involved our time time and space during this extremely difficult time in our life.”

Quinn added that he was taking some small amount of solace in the fact that his daughters are together.

“The peace I find is knowing that my babies don’t have to be apart from each other and they can also be with their other sisters,” he said.

According to reports, Tranyelle Harshan, 32, was suffering from postpartum depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and depression. On the day of the alleged murders, she called the police to confess to having shot her daughters, warning them that she planned to then do the same to herself.

Tranyelle’s partner, Cliff Harshman, told the Cowboy State Daily that she had been suffering greatly.

“My wife was not a monster,” he said.

Of her health battles, he shared: “Most people don’t understand how that affects the brain. It’s a chemical imbalance. And it can be exacerbated by trying to fix it with medication.”

Father charged with murder after wife gives birth to twins

There is nothing more exciting for a young couple than to welcome a child they have been waiting months for. This young couple outwardly did not seem any different.

They were expecting twins and had one child already. No one suspected the parents were anything but over-the-moon. But then when the father was left alone with the newborn, he did something unthinkable. Keep reading to learn about his heinous actions.

The mother Savannah Bliss talked to the media and explained that her newborn son was injured while he was in his father’s care. According to Savannah, her husband was watching little Gunner and their older one year old child while she was visiting Gunner’s twin sister in the NICU at WakeMed.

The mother shared that Gunner and his twin Madelyn were both born premature at 34 weeks. The babies had not yet been released from the hospital when Gunner was injured.

22-year-old Noah Benjamin Bliss from Harnett County was arrested at WakeMed in Raleigh. He was charged with the first-degree murder of his 3-week-old son Gunner Bliss. He also faced charges of child abuse and inflicting serious bodily injury on the baby, from the incident that occurred on October 6, this year.

“I want justice for my son,” Savannah Bliss said. “I trusted my husband to watch Gunner while I was taking care of his sister in the ICU. He was sweetest boy with most beautiful blue eyes … he was the best baby [and] for him to be taken so soon is so wrong.”

The family was living temporarily at the WakeMed’s Heart Center Inn. The place is a hotel-like space for families who have loved ones receiving care downstairs in the hospital.

According to the mother Savannah Bliss, nursing staff said the injuries Gunner had indicated that he had been shaken vigorously by his father.

The staff told Savannah Bliss that Gunner had no external injuries or any broken bones, but that the infant had suffered from head trauma, in particular brain bleeding and swelling which deprived him of oxygen.

On Monday night, the newborn was taken off life support.

Noah Bliss appeared in front of a court on Tuesday where he was sent to jail with no bond. His next court date is scheduled for the coming month.

As for Savannah, she is still trying to piece together what happened. The young mother said, “He seemed happy … like a proud father,” adding, “I never thought this would have happened … I trusted him, that was his daddy … he loved his babies.”

This is such an unfortunate situation to have happened. We are sending our thoughts and prayers to Savannah as she grieves this heartbreaking loss.

All 6,000 residents in town live on the same street

There’s a quaint, charming element to life when you reside in a village or small town.

I mean the sort of place where almost everyone knows almost everyone else. First-name greetings are considered the norm, there’s a local watering hole for people to gather, and probably a handful of other buildings including a post office, a funeral directors, and some sort of store.

My point is, sometimes it’s nice to share the sense of a tight-knit community with others. It’s not for everyone, mind, but as humans there appear to be quite a lot of us who enjoy living as part of a flock as opposed to being out in the sticks on our own.

That said, I wonder how many people can honestly say they’d like to live in a town where all of the residents live on the same street!

Well, that’s the case for the residents of a village in Europe that achieved viral status on Twitter earlier this month after an aerial photo was uploaded to social media.

Incredibly, all of the 6,000 residents of the village of Sułoszowa, located in southern Poland, live along a single nine kilometer stretch of street.

The village has reportedly been dubbed “Little Tuscany” due to its layout, and as of 2017 had a population of 5,819, according to CSO Poland.

It’s said that each house on the street has a long strip of land that comes with it, which inhabitants use for a range of different things including farming and the housing of animals.

After people took notice of the strange, yet definitely beautiful aerial shots, residents of Sułoszowa responded by explaining what it was like to live there.

“I wouldn’t trade this place for anything else. It has its own charm and atmosphere. As the saying goes, there’s something about it,” one said.

“The whole place looks the same: there is a house and then a strip of field, hence the beauty of the photos. One has grain, the other has rapeseed, and the third has something else. The colors look beautiful from above.”

A second image was reportedly posted on Reddit, accompanied by a question regarding whether the strips of land that fan out from the village are the property of each house on the street.

Someone responded: “I just showed this to my Polish friend and he said yes!”

They continued: “Each house has that strip of land to do whatever on, hence different colours and they are using the land for different purposes. Some grow crops on it, others have animals, some just leave it.

“I said I didn’t believe him but he says it’s true.”

What an incredibly peculiar arrangement. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a town like this before.
